Dr. Susan Acquisto is President of RRCS, Inc. and has over thirty years of experience at local, regional and national acute and long term health care facilities. Dr. Acquisto’s experiential background includes: senior management, operations, performance improvement, corporate compliance, risk management and teaching for acute hospitals and long term care facilities. She has conducted many seminars and classes on Accreditation and Regulatory Preparedness, Corporate Compliance, Risk Management and Continuous Quality Improvement. Dr. Acquisto received a Masters in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of San Francisco. Her Board Certification is in Nursing Administration Advanced from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and she is also certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC). Dr. Acquisto is a co-founder and board member of The Bili Project Foundation.
Myra Lang, MS, RN, CCRN, CNML, NE-BC

As a health care consultant, Myra Lang has over thirty years of successful experience as a technology consultant, patient care operations manager, and clinical nurse within community and teaching hospital environments. Ms. Lang’s professional experience includes all aspects of patient care management with an emphasis on advocacy, fiscal, personnel, quality, regulatory, and work flow functions; healthcare technology project management, as well as regulatory and legislative advocacy. Ms. Lang received a Masters in Nursing Administration and Informatics from the University of California San Francisco. She is a certified Adult Critical Care Nurse and Nurse Manager Leader. Myra is also a Board Certified Nurse Executive.
Cynthia (Cindy) DePorte, MSN, RN, NE-BC
Trainer/Healthcare Consultant
Cindy DePorte is an experienced nurse and healthcare leader. Her leadership experience includes: Manager of a Surgical/Transplant Unit, Director of Clinical Operations and Services for the Stanford Cancer Center and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Ms. DePorte is a strategic thought leader with strong operational knowledge who designs and implements local and organization wide programs that improve quality for both the customer and employee. She also utilizes performance improvement methods (including LEAN and TPS) to develop and implement change. Ms. DePorte builds high functioning teams and partners across disciplinary groups to produce positive, lasting results. To be successful, Ms. DePorte applies change management methods to drive improvements that result in improved customer experience and team engagement scores. In addition, Ms. DePorte develops and teaches courses for stress management and communication strategies to connect people and revitalize a workforce. With tools for daily use, the teams are empowered to deliver care with renewed energy. Ms. DePorte holds a Masters of Science, Nursing Administration from San Francisco State University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Hayward and Bachelors of Science in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
